How are
my items shipped? |
| All items
are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. king-pearl.com ships
with a variety of carriers to provide the best service and lowest cost
for our customers. Generally, prints and posters are delivered by the
DHL., and framed items are shipped with DHL. |

When
should I expect to receive my shipment? |
| Delivery
time averages 3 to 5 business days once your item(s) leave our facility.
If you provide a valid email address when ordering, a notification will
be sent when the shipment occurs. The email will include a link to the
carrier's website where you can track the progress of your shipment
online. |

Do you
offer faster shipping options? |
Yes we do.
If all items in your cart show a ships-in value of "usually 24
hours" you will see express shipping options in the cart.
If your shopping cart does not offer the express shipping choices, just
complete the checkout process and call our Customer Support center with
your order number, or via email to support@king-pearl.com.

What is
your return policy? |
| We offer a
100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you're not completely
satisfied we will gladly accept a return for exchange or for refund
(less S&H), provided the item is returned within thirty (30) days
from date of shipment. See our terms and conditions for full details,
including our policy for gift returns. |

How do I
return an item? |
We offer complete satisfaction of our
products and service. If you are not satisfied with your order, be
assured that with your assistance we will make every effort to resolve
any problem quickly and easily. For general returns we will promptly
issue a refund, credit, whichever you prefer. However, we do not refund
special order items. Because of the rising labor and packaging costs of
processing orders, there will be a 20% restocking fee on returns. We
also do not refund the original shipping cost of returned items unless
you receive items you did not order as our mistake.
To ensure your returns are handled quickly and efficiently please be
prepared to provide the order number, and a brief reason for the return.
Please follow the instructions listed below.
• Contact us by E-Mail within 7 days of receipt and simply indicate
the reason for your return.
• We will notify you via e-mail about returned items. You must have
written authorization before returning. Any unauthorized returned cannot
be accepted.
• Always inspect your shipment for any damage in transit.
• If damage has occurred, notify the carrier immediately.
• No credits or returns will be allowed after 15 days order date.
• All products must be returned in saleable condition to receive
credit.
ORDER DAMAGES
We make an extra effort to ensure that
your order is correct, properly packaged, and well protected in transit.
Despite our best efforts, damage sometimes occurs during shipping. We do
not accept responsibility for products damaged in transit, nor do we
make damage claims for you. We strongly recommend that you always
inspect your packages before signing. To expedite replacement of damaged
products, we suggest that you place another order while your claim is
being processed by the carrier.
